The multi-billets heating furnace adopts an imported proportional combustion system, energy-efficient and highly effective. Compared with traditional furnaces, it saves about 20% of energy (the heating method can be customized as natural gas or electric heating ect. ). The furnace body is made of high-quality insulation materials, and the positive pressure inside the furnace is reasonably controlled to prevent heat leakage. The temperature of the outer walls around the furnace body is within 50℃, and the temperature difference control range of the aluminum billet is ±10℃, the diameter range of aluminum billets is φ90-330mm.
